clean staff was nice, good breakfast.

noisy air conditioner did not get much sleep. room had a smell to maybe just cleaning smell. to many kids noisy. Dryer did not work had a week of clothes to wash should have had two washers and dryers. each floor.

Very good location and facilities.

Boy work front desk very bad, bad, bad, actittud. This person no professional .... My opinions rent 9 rooms this weekend and cancelled 14 more next month....

Lobby was clean

Hotel was under remodel which was not told to us when we booked. Side door did not lock giving anyone access to hotel. To rent out rooms and have paying customers have to walk through a construction zone is ridiculous

The room I stayed in was kept clean and had a comfortable king bed. the location is great, just a short drive from the beaches of Fort Myers, FL. There are nice bright colors in the room. I had lunch at New China Restaurant, which is conveniently located nearby.

Was not done with the renovations

It features updated and modern rooms with jacuzzi tub, bright colors plus the couch.

Quality Suites Fort Myers Airport I-75 is a modern hotel managed by exceptionally accommodating staff. I enjoyed the room with a bathtub and found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was nice, hot, and generous, with a variety that included waffles and a decent assortment.

Newly refurbished, bright, clean, nice. The breakfast was decent and our room was very comfortable. No complaints.

Can't say there was anything not to like. It was a little annoying to be warned of a $2 charge if we failed to leave the room keys and a $20 charge for stealing the towels. I mean who does that? These warnings and subsequent "initialing" of the registration form makes this hotel management appear ungenerous.

Clean rooms

Seemed under staffed. One person to check in and out people on top of answering phones. Took awhile to check me I'm and made me the wrong room key cause the person at the front desk had phone calls coming in the whole time.

This place has stylish rooms, a friendly staff, and a tasty breakfast with waffles and sausage patties.

Inside the room everything was perfect.

The construction worried us at first. (Splotches of paint on hallway walls and old carpet...but inside the room was great

We called the hotel because my son left his homework folder in the room . I asked if he could have the housekeeper check to see if was still there. He said he would call me back but did not. I called back and again he said he would call be back but did not . After the 3rd try, he advised that they found the folder . I asked if they could scan or copy 1 document out of the folder and email it to me in that we lived 3 hours away and it was very important to my son- he told me NO. In today's society I don't think what I asked was not unreasonable or difficult. He was very rude. Sometimes in customer service it is nice for someone to go the extra mile - especially for a kid's homework . Lots of places to stay in Ft Myers for baseball tournaments - his attitude will make me think twice in booking again!
